HOW DOES ORDER COMFORT WORK?
Order Comfort offers you convenience and benefits. This works as follows:
- You choose a supplement in the shop. You can also choose several supplements and in different quantities.
- At the step to indicate the quantity, the option Order Comfort is also indicated. You click on it.
- You then indicate which quantity you want to receive in which period (3, 4 or 6 months).
- You indicate how you want to pay.
- From now on you will receive an e-mail with the order as you ordered it 10 days before shipment of the items.
- If the order is according to your wishes, you pay and the shipment will be arranged. Do you want to adjust or postpone the order? You can do this by logging in via the link in the email. Everything is then automatically adjusted, provided you indicate this 2 days before shipment. That way we have enough time to adjust things.
- Do you no longer want to use Order Comfort? No problem. You can cancel when you want and we will stop the deliveries.
