TERMS OF DELIVERY

This page contains information on the sending, payments and returning of products sold by VitamineMan. If you have any questions after reading this information, please feel free to contact us. We will be glad to answer any questions you may have.

DELIVERY AND AREAS OF DELIVERY:

VitaminMan delivers in Western Europe, with the exception of areas without a zip code. Our products are sent via PostNL. After placing your order you will receive an e-mail with Track and Trace code and confirmation of your order.

COSTS OF DELIVERY

We charge the following shipping costs for orders to be delivered in the Netherlands:

• € 3,95 for all delivery areas in the Netherlands

All orders above € 100 are delivered without delivery costs in the Netherlands.

The following delivery costs apply to orders sent abroad:

• € 5,95 Belgium and Germany

All orders above € 100 are delivered without delivery costs within Belgium and Germany.

For orders outside the above mentioned countries are delivered at the following rates:

• € 13.00 for all countries mentioned on the shipping page outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

EXECUTION OF YOUR ORDER

Your order is sent within 24 hours of us receiving your payment. If we are unable to offer your package to PostNL, for example due to it being a Sunday or a national holiday, your order is sent on the following working day that PostNL accepts packages again.

SAFE PAYMENT VIA PAYMENT PROVIDER MOLLIE

The website of VitamineMan is secured with SSL. All the data you send to us and vice versa is encrypted. As soon as you click the payment button, this website will switch to the SSL secured connection of our payment provider Mollie. This will allow you to make your payment in a secure environment.

VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)

All the product prices in our web shop are inclusive of 9% VAT.

RETURNING GOODS

We apply a 14-day cancellation period, commencing the date the product is received. Please inform us if you wish to return a product.

CANCELLATION FORM

The products must be returned in the original condition, unopened and unused in sturdy packaging. The costs for returning the products are payable by the purchaser. The purchase amount is credited after receipt of your returned products and repaid into your account. The statutory period for crediting the purchase sum is 14 days upon receipt of the products.
